Account Security

• Withdrawals exceeding ৳10,000 will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.

• For suspicious transactions, 995bt may request additional information for verification purposes.

995bt's bonuses and promotions are designed to give users added value. However, each bonus comes with specific terms that must be followed.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit. Specific wagering requirements must be met before the bonus can be used. Withdrawals are not permitted until wagering is completed.

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirement (typically 15x–30x).
• The maximum stake per bet using bonus funds is ৳500 or 10% of the total bonus, whichever is lower.
• Wagering requirements must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus, or the bonus will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time unless explicitly stated in the offer.

Cashback Offer

Weekly cashback is calculated based on net losses and credited directly to your account balance. In most cases, no wagering requirement applies.

• Bonus abuse: Systematically using low-risk betting strategies to meet bonus wagering requirements.
• Collusion: Attempting to collude with other players to defraud the platform.
• Automated Betting: Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Money Laundering: Using the platform to launder or conceal illegally obtained funds.
• Chargeback Fraud: Unauthorized chargeback claims against successfully processed payments.
• Hacking Attempts: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems or another user's account.

Either the user or 995bt may close an account. The applicable rules differ depending on which party initiates the closure.

You can request account closure at any time by emailing support@995bt.bet. Any pending withdrawals will be processed before the account is closed. Accounts under self-exclusion cannot be reactivated before the specified period ends.

Closed by 995bt

995bt may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• Failure to provide the information required for KYC verification.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (12 months).
• By order of a court or regulatory authority.
